The ATS ELGI Training Centre is located at Private Industrial Area, Kurichy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This centre is dedicated to helping automotive service stations and OEMs train their technicians in handling and maintaining of garage equipment. Besides this, training is also conducted for ATS ELGI Service Engineers who are involved in interacting with garage equipment customers. The unique aspect of this program is that training is provided for not just handling ATS ELGI Automotive Equipment but in addition training needs of technicians working on all types and brands of garage equipment is fulfilled here.

The objectives of these training courses are as follows:-

• To impart training on all diagnostic equipment under one roof
• To educate trainees on basic and related theories
• To impart knowledge on various diagnostic techniques
• To impart skills on interpreting the diagnosis
• To impart tips on the causes of failure and their remedies
• To educate trainees on basic maintenance practices of equipment

      Booking can be made by sending an application form to the Training Centre by fax, e-mail or post. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing three weeks prior to the commencement of the program. Comprehensive instructions are sent to each participant one-week before the commencement of the programs, via the company making the bookings.

      All the training programs start at 9.00 a.m. and finish at 5.00 p.m. with a lunch break of 45 minutes. Accommodation is not included in the course fee. Although the Training Centre does not arrange for individual hotel accommodation, our staff will be pleased to assist in making the necessary arrangements with various hotels nearby.

Light refreshments during coffee break and buffet style meals are available during all the training programs.

      Course fees include all tuition costs, course material and refreshments. Payment of course fees shall be made three weeks before the course starts. On receipt of the payment necessary proof of receipt will be sent. Bookings made within 21 days of the start of the course shall be accompanied by full payment. Fees are payable by cheque or demand draft in favor of Elgi Equipments Limited, Coimbatore. Although advance payment is required, alternative arrangements can be made to suit individual organisations.

      If confirmed bookings are cancelled or transferred to future dates the same may be notified to us within 3 weeks of the start of the program. A substitute may be notified, if a substitute cannot be found, refund will be made as follows:

1. 100% of the fee if the cancellation is notified 3 weeks or more before the starting date.
2. 50% of the fee if the cancellation is between 3-2 weeks before the starting date.
3. No refund if notice of cancellation is given less than 1 week prior to the starting date.

      At the end of the program a training certificate will be awarded on the basis of performance and full time attendance. Participants are advised to make certain that, they have no other commitments for the duration of the program.
