Urea Suction Device – AdBlue®

According to the european ELV-Directive, all liquids must be removed from the vehicle during the recycling process.

In collaboration with automobile manufacturers SEDA has recognized this problem and developed a simple extraction system for urea. As mobile recovery units the SEDA MAXI or MINI are both easy to transport to the vehicle. With an pneumatic pump specifically for AdBlue®, the recovery is done with a tube through the tank inlet. In addition, it is possible to drain and collect the urea via a funnel below the vehicle. Using a suitable AdBlue® filling nozzle, the urea can be pumped into a disposal container.

Also an innovation is the mobile Extension set that can be mounted to all the SEDA urea systems .
